SHAFOOT🍛
🔷 Ingredients:
➡️ 1 or 2 green chillies
➡️ 1 clove garlic
➡️ ⅛ TSP cumin seeds
➡️ 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
➡️ ½ cup mint leaves
➡️ ½ cup unsweetened yogurt
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ Regular flat bread.
➡️½ cup milk
🔷 Method:
➡️ Blend the chillies, garlic, cumin seeds and coriander leaves together to form a paste. Add milk and yogurt slowly, sprinkle salt and whisk well.
➡️ Place the flat bread in one or two layers in the shallow plate. Pour yogurt coriander mixture over the bread and mix it well, let it set for couple of minutes before serving so the bread absorb it.
➡️ Garnish with cucumber and pomegranate.
➡️ Serve it chilled.
➡️ Enjoy.
