Masoor Ni Daal Na Kabab 
Recipe By Shahedabhen indorewala  (ujjain)

Ingredients:

1) 1 cup Masor dal 
2) 3 green chille
3) 1 teaspoon red Chille powder 
4) 1/2 haldi powder
5) 1\2 garam masala 
6) salt to taste 
7) 2 medium size onion
8) 1\4 cup poha 
9) 1\2 wheat flour 
10) corriender \kotmir 
11) oil for frying

Method- Masor ni dal namak and haldi dali ne boil kare ane pani strain kari ne thundu thava de
havee onion aur kotmir ane hari mirch  ne barik kati ne Masor dal ma mila ve do
phir poha , atto ane sun masala dali  ne dough banave lo
pachi hath ,a oil grees kari ne ball banavi  lo ane hane deep fry bhi kari sakai che ane shallow fry bhi kari sake che 
NOTE : souse ya green chatni na sathe serve kare
