Method....
Milk ne medium flam pr uklavo, thodu ghatt thai pachhi tema mavo nakhi ne brabr mix karo, pachhi tema shakkar add karo, pachhi ravo add kari do, brabr mix thava do, continue halavta raho, pani sosvai jai pachhi tema keri na barik pice kari ne mix karo, brabr mix thai pachi tema 1 moto chamcho bhari ne ghee add karo hve gas ni flam ne ekdm slow kari ne sekava do, chikash pakdi le n ghee chhutva lage pachhi gas bnd kari do..... Elaichi nu powder pasnd hoi to add karo ya mango assence na 2 drop add karo dryfruit thi garnish karo
Tip... Jarur hoi ena ek diwas pehla bnavu, 2nd day thodo sekvathi test vadhare fine lage chhe....
