Leftover Kadhi Omelette (pudla)

Ingredients
Left over kadhi
1 cup rava
1 chopped Onion medium size
1/2 cup chopped Carrot optional
1/2 cup chopped Capsicum
1 chopped Green chillies
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander cumin powder
Salt as per taste
Water as required
Oil
Cumin seeds and mustard seeds for vaghar
Method
Take rava, add kadhi slowly and mix it, add water if required, make the batter thick as pudla
Add onion, carrot, capsicum, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, salt, green chilli
Mix it well
In a pan take oil
Add mustard seeds, add cumin seeds
Add this in the batter
Now in a pan take oil spread the batter as pudla
If turns brown flip the pudla and allow it to be brown
Serve it with sauce
