Recipe By Arwabhen Abbasalibhai Bootwala(Barwahwala)
- one packet squre wala pav
- 500 gm potato
- 250 gm matar chana
- Barik sev for garnish
- 150 gm onions
- 250 gm Coriander
- Lal mirch
- Coriander powder
- Salt
- Oil for deep fry
- 200 gm besan
Method:
- Potato ne boil kari ne mash kari saglo mashalo add karwanu....
- Chop onion, chop coriander, lal mirch powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder teaspoon, Salt to taste sagla ne ek bowl ma mix kari ne rakhwanu....
- Pachi pav ne kati 2 bhag ma divide kari masalo pav par lagawano....
7- Ek bowl ma besan mix karo ehma lal mirch ,namak dali ne ek ghol ready karwano pachhi mashala lagela pav ena ma dip kari ne deep fry karwa na...Deep fry kari ne ek side ma muki do....
- Pachhi cooker ma matar chana ne acha boli karilo ehwa boil kare ke chana acha mash thai jai....
- Pachi chana mash thawa baad ehma 1 table spoon oil lai ne half, teaspoon lal mirchi ane namak dalo ane ek glass pani dali ne thodo so boli kari lo matarchana (ragdo) ready chhe....
- Serve karwa na liye ek plate ma pav ne cut kari ne rakhe te pachi ehma upper se chana(ragdo) dale ehna upper hari chatni dali sev dale ane pyaz ane tamatar dale ane thodo chaat masalo dale ready chhe serve karwa waaste....
