 NAZAFAT OF THE NAFS

Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin Maula TUS has taught us mumineen to stay away from bad things like anger, gibat,hasad, moharramaat and be a good human being.

SAY NO TO VAPING 

Vaping fakt jism par nahi balke jaan par bhi asar kare chhe.... aavi chizon apne khair na amalon si dur kare chhe sathe khud ni family si bhi.... Ghana toh aeva bhi hase jene khabar aj nahi hoi ke ehna ghar ma koi vaping kare chhe.... 

Vaping bhale hamna cool lagtu hase but ae slow poison na jem chhe.... Ghanuj nuksaan kare chhe.... 

khuda sagla ne nek taufik aape ane je aa bala ma hoi ehma si nikli jai....

Our nafs also needs nazafat. Nazafat of the Nafs (Soul) consists mainly of 3 aspects which needs special attention.

1. Heart (Dil)

2. Tongue (Ziban)

3. Mind (Dimak)

Heart,Tongue and Mind are the 3 main things which leads us to do things which we never wish to do but end up doing it....Kusur chhe, Taufiq ni kami chhe....Let's see how....

1. Heart (Dil):

Hamesha koi bhi amal karye toh ehma apna maula ni khushi shaamil howi jove, Je amal si Aqa Maula TUS aap khush thata hoi ae amal karsu toh koi din galat chizon ma nahi parye.... 

Impurities in the Heart:

* Hasad (Jealousy)

* Kinah (Holding grudges)

* Adawat (Enmity)

* Lobh (Greed)

When we wish well for others...we attract good for ourselves only...

So what is stopping us from this?

Maybe these vices have made us blind that we are not able to understand that Jealousy consumes Hasanaat....Holding grudges and  Adawat helps none....Lobh deen ne khai chhe...We know these things right? Now when we know so harmful these things are it is better they are thrown out of our nafs.

We need to get rid of these impurities and fill our hearts with love and affection.

2. Tongue (Ziban): 

Har waqt apne Ya Ali AS Ya husain AS ni tasbih karye chhe toh apna par ghanu wajib chhe ke apne tobacco, alcohol, vaping aa sagli chiz no nasho na karye.... 

Tongue is a very sensitive part, use it very wisely, as the wounds given by the tongue seldom heals.

Impurities of the Tongue:

* Jhoot bolvu (Lying)

* Gibat (Backbiting)

* Gaali (Bad words/ Cursing)

We become slave of our spoken words...Lying is only a temporary escape and a permanent disaster....Jooth Rozi ne khai chhe....Gibat is the worst thing.....Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Maula RA hamesha farmavta Gibat na karjo... 

When you feel like doing any of the above things....do just one thing... keep mum! yes silence is golden....

Silence is:

* Ibadat without work, 

* it is a jewellery and

* it earns us respect.

3. Dimak (Mind): 

Har waqt zehen ma howu jove ke Aqa Maula TUS aap jem farmawo chho em amal karye.... Aqa Maula TUS aap jem farmawe chhe em amal karwu jove LABBAIK YA DAI ALLAH kehwu jove har amal par.... 

We become what we think,hence always think positive and use your mind for productive things...

Impurities of the Mind:

* Gusso (Anger)

* Fakhar (Pride)

* Kufur (Not Satisfied)

Anger is a temporary madness, but this madness can wound many hearts, even here just keeping quiet can make a difference. Fakhar is the first step to downfall....Allah aapi ne bhi aazmave chhe....Sometimes He gives simply to test us....instead of fakhar be Humble....Je Nameh chhe te Khuda ne Gamein chhe...When we stop doing Shukur of Allah for his Nemats we fall in the trap of Kufur....Even when we have everything, we feel empty...

We have to do Nazafat of our jaan and wipe these impurities from our jaan.....Why do we have to do these things?

Because we are the Chosen Ones, and Apna Bawaji saheb Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin Maula RA ane Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin Maula TUS apne firishta jem banava chahe chhe....Khuda apne nek taufiq aape ke apna maula apnane jem banava chahe chhe apne em banye....Aameen.
