INDEGREDIENTS
๐น500 gms boneless mutton cubes ma kapela.
๐น3 tbl spoon ghee.
๐น1 cup pyaj ki paste.
๐น1 tbl spoon Adrak aur lasan ki paste.
๐น1/4 cup kaaju, soaked.
๐น1/4 cup khaman
๐น2 tbl spoon Kabuli channa,Soaked.
๐น1 cup Dahi.
๐นNamak.
๐น2 tbl spoon Garam masala.
๐น3 andaa.
๐น1 medium Tamatar.
๐นDhanya.
๐ธMethod:
๐น1. Ghee ane oil ne pressure cooker ma garam karo ane ema onion ni paste ne nakhi ne pink thai tya sudhi mix karo.
๐น2. Pachi ehma adrak lasan ni paste nakho ane hari mirch naakho(chopped)
๐น3. Pachi gosht nakho ane 5-6 min muki do. Don't close lid.
๐น4. Kajju, khaman ane Kabuli channa ne grind kari lo eni paste bannawi lo.. Tame j soak karwa waaste pani lidhu hoi yeh j pani si grind kari low ehna si taste better aawse.
๐น5. Pachi cooker ma dahi nakhi do ane jiwaare tame dahi nakho toh flame dhimo kari dejo. Dahi nakhi ne barabar si milaawi dejo.
๐น6. Pachi garam masala ane namak naakhi ne barabar mix kari do.
๐น7. Pachi je paste tayaar kidhi che a nakhi do ane barabar mix kari ne ehma 2 cup pani naakho. Ane cooker bandh kari 5-7 whistle wagwa do.
๐น8. Ane pachi varar nikali ne cooker kholi ne cooker ne Normal flame par muki do ane gravy ne thik kari do.
๐น9. 3 eggs nikalo ane ehma namak naakhi ne barabar si milaawi lo.
๐น10. Tomato ni slice kaapi lo.
๐น11. Ek baking dish lo ehne eggs thi brush kari ne gravy naakhi do.
๐น12. Yeh gravy na upar eggs ne spread karo ane tomato ane dhanya si garnish karo.
๐น13. Hawe dish ne 10-15 min sudhi bake karo. Ane garam serve karo.
