Pan patta 3

Gulkand 1table spoon full
Variyali
Khajur
Condensed milk 150ml
Whipping cream 250ml
Tuti fruit
Sugar
Ilaichi powder
Badam cut kareli

Ek bowl ma wipping cream lae ne ehne achi tarat si beat with electric egg beater karwanu. Ehma sugar nakhwani but very less as condensed milk b avse .

 Beat karwa waste ek lagan ma icecubes muko ne eno par ee bowl muki ne beat karo to result fine avse.  5 -10 min tak ene beat karwanu  jaar tak ekdum thick paste na bani bani. Then ehne fridge ma muki do for half hour.

Etli der ma paan gulkand variyali  n ilaichi powder 1/4 small spoon nu ek paste banavu 1 2 spoon milk nakhi ne . Paan na patta ne barikh kapi lewana pehla pache paste banavanu.  And khajur na small ekdum baarikh piece karwana .


Have whipp cream walu nikali fridge ma si then ehma condensed milk mix kari ne pachu 1-2  min tak beat karwanu . Ee thae jae pache ehma paste nakhi dewanu khajur  and tuti fruity nakhi ne mix kari dewanu


Then ehne ek dabba ma nakhi ne ena upar  clingfilm chadawi ne pachi enu dhakan dhakwanu ehna. Then ene 24hrs tak freezer ma muki dewanu.

(24hrs na wach maa 1 b waar kholwano nae ee dabba ne else set nae thae icecream)
Than tuti fruit badam c garnish kari ne serve karo
