- 100 gm ghav no atto
- 150 gm ghee
- 150 gm gol
- 50 gm gundar
- khaman (Sukhu Nariyal)chhirakvane

BANAVANI REET:
- Gunder ne ghee ma fori ne side ma muki do....

- Aej ghee ma atto ane rawo seki ne plate ma nikali do....

- Pachhi ghee ma gol ne pighlavi do....

- Pachhi gol ma atto ane gundar nakhi do ane barabar halavi lo....

- Thali ma aa mixture nakhi ne equally spread kari do....

- Upar khaman chhirki do....

- Ane matar na shape ma cuts kari do taake sukai baad pieces thai sake....

  2. In this you can also add bajri flour. It tastes good. For gunder you can grind and add along with atta. Instead of seperately frying it
