- 600 gm chopped white chocolate
- 200 gm milk cream
- pehla milk cream ne garam karo ane ublwa pehla gas band karilo
- pachi ek bowl na chocolates pcs lo ane yehma aa garam milk cream nakhi do
- 2 mins maate em aj rehwa dejo
- pachi chocolate ane milk cream ne barabar mix kari lejo
- gatha na aawa joiye
- smooth paste banwo joiye and end ma 1 tbsp butter add karjo shine maate
- ek waat nu dyan rakho dark chocolate ganache banawo tayare 1:3 nu ratio lejo... itle milk cream 1 part and chocolate 3 parts
How To Make In English
- first boil the mil cream and switch off the gas before boiling point
- second take the white chocolate in a bowl and add the hot milk cream to it
- keep it a sided for 2 mins
- next mix the chocolate milk mixture well
- make sure there are no lumps in it
- add 1 tbsp butter to add shine to it,,
- please note in dark chocolate ganache we take 1:3 ratio... that is 1 part milk cream and 3 parts chocolate
