- Fakt 4 chiz jove chhe kaju katli banavane
- Ghanuj easy chhe banavu
Ingredients
- 2 cup cashew (kaju)
- 1/4 cup milk powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ghee for greasing
- 1 cup water
How To Make In Gujarati
- Pehla Kaju ne barabar grind karilo ane yehno barik bhuko banawilo
- pachie ek bowl lo yehma kaju nu bhuko ane milk powder add karo ane barabar mix karilo
- pachi ek non-stick pan lo yehma paani ane sugar add karo ane ane high flame par 7-8 mins cook karo.... poori sugar melt thai jawi joiye....
- pachi medium flame karo ane yehma kaju ane sugar nu paste nakho
- continous stir karta rehjo
- pachi 3-4 mins tak cook karjo , ane barabar stir karta rehjo..... taake thick paste bani jai jema lumps na koi....
- hawe aa mixture ne ek plate ma nikali lejo ane 30 mins tak yehne side par mukidejo taake room temperature par aaawi jai
- hawe aa mixture ne woh thali ma si nikali lo ane haaath ma ghee lagavi ne jem aata gunde che yeh misal yehne gundilo..
- 2-3 mohta lowa banawo
- pachi ek flat plate lo .... ya plate ne ulti karilo... ane yehna par pehla ghee lagavi ne grease karido
- pachi ek lowo lo ane jem roti banawa che yeh tarah ek mohti... lekin thick roti banawo
- same aj baaki na lowa saathe karjo ...
- pachi aa roti ne approx 2-3 hours tak side par muki dejo sukhawa maate
- pachi aane aapne je shapes ma cut karwo hoi.. yeh shapes ma pcs banawilo
How To Make In English
- first grind the cashews well..... and make a powder
- now take a bowl and add cashew powder and milk powder in it and mix well
- now take a non stick pan and add water and sugar in it and cook on high flame for 7-8 mins ... till all sugar melts in water
- now on medium flame add the cashew-sugar powder in it
- cook for atleast 3-4 mins and keep steering continoulsy so that the paste does get stick to the pan
- now take the paste and pour in plate and keep it aside for 30 mins so it come to room temperature
- now remove the paste from plate and make dough as we do to make chapatis
- make 2-3 round ball from the dough
- now take a flat plate and grease it with oil
- and then make round thick chapatis shape of the dough
- keep it aside for 2-3 hours
- now cut it into nay shape you want
- kaju katli ready

Nice ,can v use mavo in place of milk powder or any other substitute of milk powder
