- Apne aa post ma ehne tawa par kevite banavi sakye chhe ae josu....
- Vegetables, dal ya gravy wali dish sathe fine laage chhe....
Su Jose:
- 1/2 tspn Salt
- 2 cup bowl maido
- 1 tspn instant yeast (khameer)
- 1/2 tspn sugar
- Warm water
Banawani Reet:
- Maida ma namak, khameer ane sugar mix karine pani nakhi ne masli lo.... Soft dough banvo jove.... Jove toh thori vaar ehne dhaki ne rakhi sako chho ya tarat use kari sako chho....
- Roti si mohti size na lava banavi ne roti jem vani lo.... Thick banvu jove paratha jem....
- Pachhi naan na ek side par pani chhirki do ane medium flame par rakhi ne pani wali side tawa par nakhi do....
- Bubbles thava laage pachhi tawa ne turn kari do... Thoru upar rakhjo flame si....Naan tawa par si pare nahi....
- Barabar sekai jai pachhi lai lo....
- Ghee ya butter lagavi ne garam serve karo....
* Chaho toh maida ma egg ane tel bhi nakhi sako chho....

Tandoori Naan Without Tandoor
- Tandoori naan is made on tandoor....
- It is served with vegetables, non-veg or gravy dishes....
- In this post we will see how to cook tandoori naan without tandoor.....
Things Needed:
- 1/2 tspn Salt
- 2 cup bowl all purpose flour
- 1 tspn instant yeast
- 1/2 tspn sugar
- Warm water
- Egg (optional)
- Oil (Optional)
How To Make:
- Put all purpose flour in a bowl, put yeast, salt and sugar and knead it well.... Bind it into a soft dough....
- Make balls bigger than roti size....
- Roll it like roti.... It should be thick....
- Sprinkle water on one side of the naan....
- Heat the tawa on medium flame and put the water side par on the tawa...
-Once the naan starts bubbling turn the tawa over the flame to cook from top... Keep little distance between tawa and flame....
- Apply ghee or butter and serve hot....
