- 250 gm leelu lasan barik kapelu
- 250 gm dry Kheemo pakavelo vaghar karelo
- Chokhkhu ghee
- 6-7 beda

- EK frying pan ma leelu lasan barik kapelu nakho ane pachhi ehna par ek layer sukha kheema no nakho....  Pachhi fari si leelu lasan nu layer pachhi ehna upar kheemo ane last ma fari si leelu lasan nakho....
- Pachhi ehna par beda fori do ane pachhi ehna par namak ane lal marcha taste na hisab si nakhi do....
- Pachhi chokhkha ghee ne ekdum karkaravi ne (ekdum ekdum garam karelu) nakhi do ane thori vaar dhaki ne rehva do....

- Waras ma banaviye chhe khas....

- Easy chhe banavu ane ghani healthy bhi chhe....

SU JOSE:

- 1 cup khandela ghav
- 1.5 cup gur/gol/jaggery (taste na hisab si adjust kari sakye chhe)
- Pure ghee
- Sukha nariyal no bhukko (khaman)

Banawani Reet:

- Garam pani ma gol ne palahri ne rakho jyar tak barabar melt na thai jai.... Pachhi pani gali lo....

- Ek pan ma ghee garam karo ane ehma khandela ghav nalho a'e barabar mix karo.... Ehno colour halko dark thai tyar tak....

- Pachhi ehma gol nu pani nakho ane barabar mix kari lo....

- Cover kari ne 15-20 minutes slow flame par thava do....vachma vachma check karta raho....

- Zarurat pare toh softness maate gol nu pani nakhi sako chho....

- Garam serve karo.... Koi bhi pyalo jeno shape fine hoi ehma thuli nakho.... Barabar press karo ane ehne ulto karo toh pyala na shape ma aavi jase thuli....

- Pachhi ehna par Dry fruits, khaman ane charoli si garnish kari ne serve karo.....

BOHRA STYLE DAAL CHAWAL WITH MUTTON

Bohra Style Daal Chawal with mutton

Recipe By:
Khadijaben Mustafabhai Godhrawala Saeedi
Ingredients:
Mix lentils or mung lentil 1/2cup
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Tomato 1medium size
Salt as per taste
125g mutton meat with bones or u can add more
Ginger garlic paste 1/2tbsp
For bhagaar:
Oil 1/4cup
Onion 1 small
Green chillies finely chopped 1tsp
Coriander finely chopped 2tbsp
Garlic finely chopped  1tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
Curry leaves 1tbsp
Whole red chillies 3-4
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1/4tsp
Coriander powder 1/4tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Whole spice powder 1/4tsp
Chicken/mutton cube (soup stock) optional
1/2


Directions:
Wash lentils and soaked it for about half hour. Then add Turmeric powder and chopped tomatoes and boil it till done and then blend it little bit not fully. And put on very low flame.
Boil mutton in ginger garlic paste. And leave some stock with it. Add this boil meat with stock in lentils.
Now Prepare the bhagaar. In oil add cumin sorte little bit then add garlic and sorte well add curry leaves and onions and sorte for 2mins then add red whole chillies and all spices and chicken cube.
And add this bhagar to the simmering lentil. Then add salt. (chicken cube also contains salt).  Cover and Cook for 5mins and garnish it by green chillies and coriander.
Have with zeera rice.

- Apne aa post ma ehne tawa par kevite banavi sakye chhe ae josu....

- Vegetables, dal ya gravy wali dish sathe fine laage chhe....

Su Jose:
- 1/2 tspn Salt
- 2 cup bowl maido
- 1 tspn instant yeast (khameer)
- 1/2 tspn sugar
- Warm water

Banawani Reet:

- Maida ma namak, khameer ane sugar mix karine pani nakhi ne masli lo.... Soft dough banvo jove.... Jove toh thori vaar ehne dhaki ne rakhi sako chho ya tarat use kari sako chho....

- Roti si mohti size na lava banavi ne roti jem vani lo.... Thick banvu jove paratha jem....

- Pachhi naan na ek side par pani chhirki do ane medium flame par rakhi ne pani wali side tawa par nakhi do....

- Bubbles thava laage pachhi tawa ne turn kari do... Thoru upar rakhjo flame si....Naan tawa par si pare nahi....

- Barabar sekai jai pachhi lai lo....

- Ghee ya butter lagavi ne garam serve karo....

* Chaho toh maida ma egg ane tel bhi nakhi sako chho....

Tandoori Naan Without Tandoor

- Tandoori naan is made on tandoor....

- It is served with vegetables, non-veg or gravy dishes....

- In this post we will see how to cook tandoori naan without tandoor.....

Things Needed:

- 1/2 tspn Salt
- 2 cup bowl all purpose flour
- 1 tspn instant yeast
- 1/2 tspn sugar
- Warm water
- Egg (optional)
- Oil (Optional)

How To Make:

- Put all purpose flour in a bowl, put yeast, salt and sugar and knead it well.... Bind it into a soft dough....

- Make balls bigger than roti size....

- Roll it like roti.... It should be thick....

- Sprinkle water on one side of the naan....

- Heat the tawa on medium flame and put the water side par on the tawa...

-Once the naan starts bubbling turn the tawa over the flame to cook from top... Keep little distance between tawa and flame....

- Apply ghee or butter and serve hot....

SU JOSE:
- Namak
- Masoor Dal nu pani
- 2 tspn masoor dal bafeli
- 2 tblspn kachi singh (peanuts)
- 2 tblspn daliya
- 2 tspn white tal

- 1 green marchu

BANAWANI REET:
- Masoor ni dal bafye toh ehnu pani sarki maate use karsu....
- kachi singh, daliya, tal, khas khas, akhkhu jeeru, lasan , ane green marchu grin kari ne paste banavi lo....


- Pachhi aa paste ne dal na pani ma nakhi do ane sathe 1 cup chhas milavi do....
- Fudino barik kapi ne nakho ane green pyaj barik kapine ne milavi do.... Ane 2 tspn bafeli masoor dal masli ne milavi do....

- Har mahina ni 7mi ghana kela bundi par salawat sathe Masoor pulav pakave chhe....
- Masoor pulav ma apne chawal na vachma masoor no layer bichhavi ne banaviye chhe....
- 7mi masoor pulav sathe chhas banaviye chhe......

- Namak
- 250 gm akhkha masoor
- 1/2 kg chawal
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tspn lasan(garlic) paste
- 2 tomato
- 2 green marcha barik kapela
- 8 patta kari patta
- 1 tsp akhkhu jeer
- 1 tsp dhana jeeru powder
- 1/4 tsp haldi
- 5-7 patta fudino barik kapela
- 2 tbsp Tel
- 2 tsp ghee

- Chawal ne normal pakavana pan thora kacha rakhvana....
- Masoor ni dal ma 2 chapti jitli haldi nakhi ne bafi lo.... Dal chhutti rehvi jove ekdum nai bafwani ke chhundo thai jai....
- Waghar: Tel garam karo ehma lasan, akhkhu jeeru ane pyaj nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....
- Pyaj thoru naram pare pachhi ehma lal marcha, dhana jeeru powder ane 1 chapti haldi nakhi ne barabar mix kari lo....
- Pachhi ehma tamatar ane kari patta nakhi ne hilawi lo ane namak swad na hisab si nakhi do ane gas band kari do....
- Ek tapela ma ghee nakhi ne karkaravi lo ane gas band kari do....
- Pachhi ehma half chawal nakhi do.... pachhi ehna par dal bichhavi do....
- Pachhi waghar nakhi do dal par ane fudino chhirki do.... ane barabar sarkhu kari lo....
- Upar baki na chawal barabar bichhavi do.... ane pa glass pani nakhi ne dhaki ne slow flame par thava do.... 5-10 minute ma paaki jase.....Chaho toh upar bhi ghee nakhi sako chho fine laage chhe pura paki jai pachhi....

- Pakela chawal 3 cups
- 1 medium size pyaaz mohtu mohtu kapelu
-2  Kashmiri sukhi lal mirchi
- 10 patta Kadi patta

- Ek pan ma oil garam karo... Ehma rai, methi, arad ni daal, sukha marcha ane pyaaz nakhi waghar start karo  aa saglu sekhawa lage ane daal kadak thawa lage to ehma kadi pata nakhi do...

- Pyaaz thodu soft thai jai to ehma haldi add kari amli n lemon juice milawi karo fyn si mix kari lo
   
- Namak taste hisabe add karo....

- Last ma pakela chawal add karo and gas band kari lo....

- Ehna upar bakina chawal bichhavi do.... Ehna par pa glass pani nakho do.... Dhaki ne slow flame par rehva do....
- Thori vaar pachhi tapela na bahar ni side thoru pani chhirko hath ma lai ne ..... agar awaz aave toh paki gayu chhe.... nahi toh thava do....
- Paki jai pachhi 1 chamchi ghee nakhi do....

Dal na Paani ma 2 tbsp besan  nakhi ne mix karvu ....then add one chopped tomato ane drumstick ...keep aside .....( Grind  2 to 3 Hara marcha ,one pod lasan ane zeeru ) ...oil garam karvu add methi one sliced piyaz ek minute sudhi thawa devu pachi grinded masala nakhi ane ek minute sudhi thawa devu then add suka masala ane dal water add kokam  dhania patta water as required cook in slow flame till done

- Ghar ma kai special gosh recipe banavo toh roti na badle aa banavi sako chho....

- Ghana behno order si roti banave chhe, aam ghar si kaam kare chhe... Gakhar bhi aam order si banavi sake chhe ghar si....

- Lava ne thoru flat karo velan (Rolling Pin) si ane pachhi ehna par tel lagavo ane atto lagavo....

- Ehna par ek baju spoon si ya pointed chiz si ek cut karo.... Ae cut ni point si roti ne puri roll kari ne cone na shape ma banavi lo....

- Cone ni point niche rakho ane ehne flat kari lo.... thori zarurat hoi toh velen faravo....Bav press na karjo....

- Pachhi pehla ehne steam karsu.... Steam maate special wasan aave chhe.... ya aap cooker ma bhi kari sako chho....

- Cooker ma niche pani bharo ane pachhi ehna par kai stand jevu muko jena par chalni muki sakye.... Cooker ne cover karsu pan ehna par siti (Whistle) nahi lagavye....15-20 minutes steam karsu....

- Steam ma si nikali ne kapda par mukvani gakhar ne ke pani sukai jai....

- Pachhi ehne tawa par seki lo....

- Pachhi non-stick pan ma ya na hoi toh tawa par ghee nakhi ne barabar jem parathu sekye em seki lo....

- Garam paratha serve karo....
