RECIPE BY:
Rashidaben Qasimbhai Retiwala
- Sarki ghani tasty hoi chhe ane ghani easy chhe banavu....
- Masoor Pulav sathe sarki fine laage chhe....
- Sarki banavane gas ni zarurat bhi nahi parti....

SU JOSE:
- Namak
- Masoor Dal nu pani
- 2 tspn masoor dal bafeli
- 2 tblspn kachi singh (peanuts)
- 2 tblspn daliya
- 2 tspn white tal
- 1 tspn akhkhu jeeru
- 10 kali lasan
- 1 green marchu
- 5-7 patta fudina na barik kapela
- 1 green pyaj
- 1 cup chhas

BANAWANI REET:
- Masoor ni dal bafye toh ehnu pani sarki maate use karsu....
- kachi singh, daliya, tal, khas khas, akhkhu jeeru, lasan , ane green marchu grin kari ne paste banavi lo....


- Pachhi aa paste ne dal na pani ma nakhi do ane sathe 1 cup chhas milavi do....
- Fudino barik kapi ne nakho ane green pyaj barik kapine ne milavi do.... Ane 2 tspn bafeli masoor dal masli ne milavi do....

    Saliya here means roasted split chana without outer chilka.
