CHICKEN MALAI BOTI

SU JOSE:
- Namak
- 1kg chicken boneless
- 1 lemon
- 3-4tbsp yoghurt
- 2-3tbsp of fresh malai
- 1 tbsp adrak-lasan paste
- 1tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tsp lal mircha powder or as per taste
- kaali miri powder as per taste
- garam masala powder as per taste
- 1 kolso...



BANAWANI REET:
- Chicken pieces ne achhe c dhoi ne ehnu paani nitaari lo, ek cotton na kapda c barbar paani nichodi lo....
- Hawe ek bowl ma pieces naakhi ne ehma namak aane nimbu no ras naakhi ne barabar mix kara baad 10 to 15 mins maate marinate kari do....
- Pachi ehma baaki sagla ingredients mix kari ne barabar halawi lo.... aane 30 mins ya pachi 3-4 kallak marinate kari ne muki do....
- Ehne bbq b karai ya na hoy toh oven ma  b thai ya fry pan ma b shallow fry kari sakai....
- Boti ne screw stick ma lagai ne b kari sakai ya normal jem shallow fry kariye che em b karai....
- Shallow fry kara baad fry pan ma botiyo na wacche ek kolso garam kari ne muki be pan ne dhakan lagai do dhungaar wa maate...
- Serve wit fudina chatni shezwan sauce , tomato sauce n onion...
