WAGHARELA DAL CHAWAL PALIDU
- Wagharela DCP normal DCP na jem aj banavsu....
- Bas ehma waghar add karsu ane kyare bhi banavi sakye chhe....


SU JOSE: 1 Thaal Maate

DAL: - Namak
- 250 gm tuwar
- haldi turmeric)

BANAWANI REET:
- Dal ne 1 kalak palahri ne rakho pachhi ehma haldi ane namak nakhi ne bafi lo....
- Bav naram na thavi jove....Chhutti rehvi jove....
- Je pani ma dal bafo ae pani ne 1 pyala ma nikali ne rehva do....


CHAWAL:
- 1/2 Kg Chawal ne pakavi lo ane ehne thora kacha rakhwana pura nahi pakawana....
PALIDU:
- Namak
- 3 sevta ni singh ya dudhi 1/2 kg
- 50 gm chana no atto
- 2 medium size pyaj slice karelu (onion
- 2 big size tomato
- 1 tsp Lasan (garlic paste)
- 1/2 tspn akhkhu jeeru
- 5-7 kari patta
- 1 tspn lal marcha powder
- 1 tspn dhana jeeru powder
- Tel
- 2 tspn methi na dana
- 2 green marcha akhkha


BANAWANI REET:
- Je bafeli dal nu pani rakhu chhe ehma chana no atto ane methi nakhi ne barabar halawi lo....
- Tel garam karo, ehma pyaj nakho pachhi ehma 1 tspn lasan paste nakho ane barabar hilawi lo....
- Pachhi ehma kari patta nakho.... pachhi ehma 1/2 tspn akhkhu jeeru, 1 tspn lal marcha ane 1 tspn dhana jeeru nu powder nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....
- Ehma 2-3 tspn jitlu pani nakho ane barabar hilawo.... aam karva si tari banse....
- Aa mixture ne chana na atta na paste ma mix kari do ane barabar halawi do....
- Pachhi ehma tamatar ane green marcha nakhi do ane sevta ni singh ya dudhi je bhi aap chaho nakhi do....
- 1 1/2 glass pani ane namak swad na hisab si nakhi do ane slow flame par rehva do.... josh leravi lo.... Pani thicknesa na hisab si vadhare nakhi sako chho....

DAL NO WAGHAR:

SU JOSE:
- Namak
- Tel
- 1 medium pyaj slice karelu
- 1/2 tspn akhkhu jeeru
- 1 tspn lasan paste
- 5-7 kari patta
- 5-7 fudina na patta
- 2 tspn gustavo (optional)
- 2 green marcha barik kapela


BANAWANI REET:
- Tel garam karo ehma pyaj nakho ane thoru naram thava do....
- Pachhi ehma 1/2 tspn akhkhu jeeru nakho ane lasan nu paste nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....Pachhi green marcha nakhi do....
- kari patta ane fudino nakhi do.... Ane agar gustavo hoi toh ae bhi nakhi sako chho....
- Namak nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....
Last Ma:
- 4 tspn ghee
- 1 Tapela ma 3 tspn ghee nakho ane garam karo.... pachhi ehma half chawal nakhi do....
- Pachhi ehma dal bichhavi do ane ehna upar dal no waghar bichhavi do....
- Ehna upar bakina chawal bichhavi do.... Ehna par pa glass pani nakho do.... Dhaki ne slow flame par rehva do....
- Thori vaar pachhi tapela na bahar ni side thoru pani chhirko hath ma lai ne ..... agar awaz aave toh paki gayu chhe.... nahi toh thava do....
- Paki jai pachhi 1 chamchi ghee nakhi do....

Palidu
Dal na Paani ma 2 tbsp besan  nakhi ne mix karvu ....then add one chopped tomato ane drumstick ...keep aside .....( Grind  2 to 3 Hara marcha ,one pod lasan ane zeeru ) ...oil garam karvu add methi one sliced piyaz ek minute sudhi thawa devu pachi grinded masala nakhi ane ek minute sudhi thawa devu then add suka masala ane dal water add kokam  dhania patta water as required cook in slow flame till done
