Ingredients:
Mix lentils or mung lentil 1/2cup
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Tomato 1medium size
Salt as per taste
125g mutton meat with bones or u can add more
Ginger garlic paste 1/2tbsp

For bhagaar:
Oil 1/4cup
Onion 1 small
Green chillies finely chopped 1tsp
Coriander finely chopped 2tbsp
Garlic finely chopped 1tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
Curry leaves 1tbsp
Whole red chillies 3-4
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1/4tsp
Coriander powder 1/4tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Whole spice powder 1/4tsp
Chicken/mutton cube (soup stock) optional

Onion 1 small
Green chillies finely chopped 1tsp
Coriander finely chopped 2tbsp
Garlic finely chopped 1tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
Curry leaves 1tbsp
Whole red chillies 3-4
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1/4tsp
Coriander powder 1/4tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Whole spice powder 1/4tsp
Chicken/mutton cube (soup stock) optional

Directions:
Wash lentils and soaked it for about half hour. Then add Turmeric powder and chopped tomatoes and boil it till done and then blend it little bit not fully. And put on very low flame.
Boil mutton in ginger garlic paste. And leave some stock with it. Add this boil meat with stock in lentils.
Now Prepare the bhagaar. In oil add cumin sorte little bit then add garlic and sorte well add curry leaves and onions and sorte for 2mins then add red whole chillies and all spices and chicken cube.
And add this bhagar to the simmering lentil. Then add salt. (chicken cube also contains salt). Cover and Cook for 5mins and garnish it by green chillies and coriander.
Have with zeera rice.
