Bakra Idd Special-Mutton Suleman Karahi

Mutton Sulemani Karahi..
Recipe By:

 Ingredients:
Oil ¼ cup Hari mirch (Green chilies) 10-12 Mutton ½ kg Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste Pani (Water) 1-2 cups Dahi (Yogurt) 3-4 tbs Pyaz (Onion) Fried 3-4 cup Zeera (Cumin) Roasted & crushed 1 tsp Kali mirch (Black pepper) Crushed 1 tsp Lemon juice 1-2 tbs Adrak (Ginger) Julienne 1 tbs
Directions:
In pot,add oil and green chilies,fry until light brown and take out half of the fried chilies & set aside.

Add mutton,ginger garlic paste and salt,mix well.

Add water,bring it to boil,cover and cook until mutton is tender.

Add yogurt and mix well.

Add fried onion,cumin,black pepper,lemon juice,ginger and fried green chilies, put it on simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Sulemani karahai is ready.
