Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 kg boneless mutton (small pcs)
- 2 chopped onions
- 4 chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- 2 tbsp cumin powder (jeera)
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 3 tbsp yogurt (dahi)
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 cut green chili
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder (mari)
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander (kothmir)
How To Make
- step-1
take a pan... add oil in it and heat it
then add mutton in it
then add tomatoes, onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, salt and mix well
then cover the pan for 5 mins so the onion is cooked
then open the pan mix well and then again close the pan and again cook for 20 mins on slow flame... - step-2
now open the pan and add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and yogurt and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and mix well
then add 1/2 cup water in it and again mix well
cover the pan and cook till 10-15 mins on slow flame till all water evaporates - step-3
open the pan add green chili, chopped coriander, 1/2 tsp garam masala, and again mix well
cover the pan and cook for 5 mins on slow flame
mutton peshawari is ready
you can serve it with chapati , paratha or gakhar
