Peanut Chikki (mungfali ni chikki) In Just 2 Steps Recipe By SMB Recipe (Gujarati)

Ingredients 
  • 2 Cup Peanut (seng)
  • 1.5 cup jagery (gud, gol)
  • 2 tbsp water 
How To Make 
Step-1
Ek pan lo ane yehma sing nakho 
yehne slow flame par roast karo 
continous stir karta rehjo 
approx 10 mins tak medium flame par roast karjo 
sing na poora chilka nikali dejo 
ane yehne hawe gas par thi utari ne side par muki do 

Step-2
ek pan lo yehma jaggery ane paani nakho 
medium flame par pakavo 
continous stire karta rehjo 
pooro jaggery melt thai jaawo joiye ane thick paste banwo joiye
pachi yehne 5 mins tak slow flame par boil karjo 
ek glittery jewo colour aawo joiye 

chikki waaste gol tayyar che yeh chk karwa waaste thodo gol chamchi ma lejo ane paani ma nakhjo... agar tarat kadad thai jai toh gud tayyar che 

pachi yeh gud na pan ma sing nakhjo ane barabar mix kari lejo 

ek plate lejo yehne oil thi barabar greese karilejo ane woh sing+gud nu mixture woh plate ma nakhjo ane barabar felwai dejo 

pachi woh plate ne ulti karjo ane ane chiki ne bhar nikaljo ane je shape jowe yeh aapi dejo 
chikki garam hoi tyarej cut kari lejo
