-1 tspn Asalyo (Halim seeds) ane English ma Garden Cress Seeds Kehvai chhe....

- 1 glass doodh

-  1 tspn chokhkhu ghee

- 1 tspn Shakkar

Shakkar taste na hisab si kam zyada kari sako chho

BANAWANI REET:

- Ek vasan ma doodh nakho ehma asalyo ane shakkar nakho ane garam thava do....

- Doodh ma josh aave  pachhi gas band kari do ane ehma ghee nakhi do ane barabar hilawi lo ane serve karo....

- Ghee ne upar ai nakhvanu chhu .... gas band kari deva baad....
