Pan Cake

My Quick PancakesπŸ₯žπŸ₯žπŸ₯ž

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup wheat flour
3 4 spoon sugar as per tste

Method 
Mix all well add 1 cup milk
Little water n beat well
Keep overnight for better fluff

Mrng beat well and in nonstick pan put small amount, wait till top layer is not wet n  falling, then flip 

Remove from pan add butter n ready to eat.

I used 
black currant crush 
Peanut butter
Maple syrup 
Any of these for topping.

Very light n healthy for breakfast n quick.

2 eggs made around 25 30 palm size pancakes for meπŸ™‚πŸ‘πŸ»

Just a tip
Never grease a pan with butter ghee oil before adding mixture,
As d colour turns dark brown n brig odd spots on d pancake.

So once they r done plain in d pan directly, remove to plate n then add butter on top.
When we use nonstick it will never stick.
