Veg Lasagne

Veg lasagne
Recipe By Faridabhen Mustansir,East Africa

Ingredients:
Lasagne sheets(6sheets)
2 medium sized potatoes
Some boiled vegges(french beans n carrots)
Cheese to garnish
Oregano

For white sauce:
2 tbsps butter
1 tbsp white flour
1 cup milk

.Method for making white sauce:Put butter in a pan,whn melted add white flour.After mixing u wil see lumps formed don't worry,remove from fire n add milk slowly to it mixing with th help of a whisker.When th milk n flour mixes properly return to th fire on slow flame stir continously.When becomes thick remove frm fire n add salt and pepper.
Method for lasagne:Boil potatoes,mash thm n add pepper n salt.If you r using salted butter avoid adding salt.
 Take a pyrx dish layer th bottom wth  mashed potatoes.Then place two boiled lasagne sheets on it, put bioled vegges(carrots n french beans diced) you can also add raw diced capsicum.Pour white sauce on it and sprinkle oregano.Repeat th same process for th second layer i.e.again 2 lasagne sheets,vegges,white sance and oregano.After th second layer put th remaining i.e th 5th and th 6th sheet.Cover th sheets wth grated cheese and sprinkle oregano on it.
Place in an oven for 15 mins.
Lasagna ready to enjoy!😊.
Variation:You can use minced meat (the one we perpare for samusas) instead of vegges n add paprika along wth oregano.
