Pasanda means favourite.... Comes from word pasand.... Aa dish ma apne boneless gosh ne chapto kari ne use karye chhe....Main Course Dish Chhe....
Su Jose:




- Namak
- 500 gm boneless chapto karelo gosh
- 500 gm pyaj
- 500 gm bateta
- 500 gm bhavnagari marcha
- 500 gm tamatar
- 2 tspn Aadu lasan paste
- 2 tspn lal marcha powder
- Kothmir
- 2 tspn dhana jeeru powder
- 1/2 tspn Haldi

Banavani Reet:
- Gosh na thora normal si mohta piece levana chapta karela.... Gosh ni dukan par kehso pasanda naate toh ae pieces chapta kari dese....

- Gosh ma aadu-lasan no masalo charahvi do.... Pachhi ehne dhaki ne 2 kalak tak side par muki do....

- Pyaj, Bateta, bhavnagri marcha ane tamatar ne jem sandwich maate cut karye em slice jem cut karvana....

- Roti nu je lagan hoi chhe....Pasanda banavane ae use karsu....

- Lagan ma 2 tblspn oil nakhi ne puri tarah spread kari do....

- Pachhu ehna par pura lagan ma barabar pyaj nu layer banavi lo....

-Pachhi ehna par gosh nu layer bichhavi do....Ehna par 1 tspn lal marcha, 1 tspn dhana jeeru powder, pa tspn haldi ane swad na hisab si salt chhirki do....

- Pachhi ehna par bateta nu layer bichhavi do.... Bateta par bhi jem gosh par masalo nakho em same way fari si nakho....
- Pachhi shimla mirch bichhavi do ane ehna par tamatar bichhavi do....

- Pachhi ehna par barabar cover thai aevi thali dhaki do.... Ane slow flame par muki di.... 30 Minute tak ehne rehwa do.... Pachhi check karo gosh ne paki gayo chhe ke nahi....

- Kacho laage toh haji thori vaar rehwa do slow flame par.... Gosh soft thavo jove....

- Ehma pani laage toh thali hatavi ne ehne slow flame rakhi ne pani bali lo....

- Pirasva na waqt ehna par barik kapeli kothmir nakho ane roti sathe serve karo....
