AKHNI PULAV

AKHNI PULAV

SU JOSE:
- Namak
- 500 gm gosh
- 1 tsp jeeru (cumin seeds)
- 4 big size onion
- 500 gm rice
- 10 elaichi
- 2 small size taj
- 2 tbsp adrak-lasan paste (ginger-garlic paste)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 10 lavang
- 3 potato
- 2 tomato
- 3 green marcha (green chili)
- 1 cup chana ni dal boiled

BANAWANI REET:
- Gosh ma elaichi, taj, adrak lasan 1 tspn, lavang, namak ane 1 glass pani nakhi ne bafi lo....
- Bija vessel ma tel garam karo ehma pyaj nakho, ehma jeeru nakho, pachhi barabar halavi lo....
- Thoru brown jevu thai pyaj pachhi green marcha, tamatar, 1 tspn adrak-lasan paste ane  namak nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....
- Pachhi ehma bateta ane dahi add kari lo.... sathe gosh nakhi do ane bafeli chana ni dal mix kari do....
- Barabar saglu mix kari do....bateta barabar soft thai jai pachhi ehma chawal mix kari do je pani ma palahra hoi ehna sathe....
- Pachhi ehne medium flame par thava do....
- Puru pani sukhai jai pachhi lai lo....
