- Namak
- 250 gm kheemo
- 250 gm chana ni daal
- 1 tspn lasan paste
- 4 green marcha barik kapela
- 10-12 fudina(mint) na patta barik kapela
- 1 cup kothmir(corrriander) barik kapeli
- 1 tspn Adrak(ginger)
- 1 tspn lal marcha powder (red chili powder)
- 4 egg

- Kheema ane chana ni dal ma lasan paste, adrak paste, haldi ane namak nakhi ne bafi lo....
- Bafva baad je pani rahi jai ehne hilavi ni bafi lo.... Jyar tak pani na bali jai hilawta raho....
- Dal ekdum naram pari javi jove....
- Thoru thandu thava baad ehma kothmir ane fudino nakhi ne grind kari lo.... Paste jem banavi lo....
- Ek bowl ma beda nakho ane ehma namak ane lal marcha
