SU JOSE:

- Namak
- 2 Packets hakka noodles
- 1 medium size gajar lamba kapela
- 1 medium size bhavnagri lamba kapela marcha
- 2 bateta lamba kapela
- Soya sauce
- Red chilli sauce
- Tomato Sauce

- Noodles ne pani ma nakhi me bafi lo.... bav soft na thavi jove thori hard rehvi jove....

- Vegetablea ne alag alag rakhi ne fry kari lo....

- Noodles paki jai pachhi ehnu pani nikali lo.... Kadai ma tel garam karo ane gas off kari do.... Pachhi ehma hakka noodles nakhi do....

- Pachhi ehma sagla vegetables mix kari do ane namak swad na hisab si nakhi do....

- Ane soya sauce ane red chilli sauce nakhi ne barabar mix kari lo....

- Soya sauce ane red chilli sauce taste na hisab si vadhare nakhi sako chho jamva na waqt....

- Tomato Sauce sathe serve karo....
