Milk Powder Barfi

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup ghee
  2. 3/4 cup milk
  3. 2.5 cup milk powder
  4. 1/2 cup suger
  5. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
  6. chopped almonds & cashew (badam pista)

How To Make In Gujarati 
  1. Ek frying pan lo, ehma pehla ghee nakho , pachi yehna ma milk nakho continous stir karta rehjo.... pachi yehna ma milk powder nakho ...... continous stir karta rehjo ..... pachi yehna ma sugar nakho ane again stir karta rehjo...... pehla yeh ek paste banse ane pachi dhire dhire dhire thick paste bani jaase....
  2. pachi ehma elaichi powder nakhjo... ane pacho barabar mix kari lejo 
  3. hawe ek bowl lo ane ehne pehla butter/oil thi greese karilo  ane pachi ehna ma aa paste ne nikali lo.... barabar shape aapi dejo aa paste ne...
  4. pachi ehna par chopped badam pista ehna par chhidki dejo 
  5. pachi aa paste ne room temperature par aawi jawa dejo thodo time ma barfi bani jaase....
  6. room temperature par aawi jai pachi yehne bowl ma thi nikaline ek plate ma muki do ane aapne je shape aapwo hoi yeh aapi dejo,,,
How To Make in English 
  1. take a frying pan.. add  ghee to it and then add milk to it and keep stirring
  2. next add milk powder to it and again keep stirring 
  3. then add sugar to it keep stirring 
  4. first it will make thick paste without lumps
  5. then it will become like soft dough 
  6. then sprinkle cardamom powder to it and again keep stirring 
  7. take a bowl and grease it with oil/ butter 
  8. now pour the mixture from the frying pan to the bowl 
  9. give any shape u desire
  10. sprinkle chopped  almond & cashew on it 
  11. allow it come at room temperature
  12. and again cut it in your desired shapes and size 
  13. ready to serve
