SU JOSE:
- Namak
-250 gm kheemo
- 1 tsp adrak (ginger)
- 1 tsp lasan (garlic)
- 2 green marcha barik kapela (green chilli)
- 1 pinch haldi (turmeric)
- 1 medium size pyaj (onion)
- 1 tsp lal marcha powder (red chilli powder)
- 5-6 fudina patta barik kapela (mint leaves)
- 1/4 tsp garam masalo
- 1/4 cup kothmir(corriander) barik kapeli

BANAWANI REET:
- Kheemo adrak, lasan ane haldi nakhi ne bafi lo....
- Ekdum koro kari do.... pani zara bhi na rehvu jove.... jo rahi jai toh wasan ne khulu rakhi ne pani bali do....
- Pyaj ekdum barik kapine ehma milavi do...Pa cup kothmir barik kapeli milavi do....
- 5-6 fudina na patta barik kapela sathe milavi do....
- Pachhi 1 tspn lal marcha, Pa tspn garam masalo milavi ne barabar hilawi lo....Puru mixture barabar hilavi lo....
- Ek pyala ma ghav no atta no paste banavo pani sathe.....Thick paste banavo ehne samosa wali ne ehna si chipkavi do....
- Samosa patti ready aave chhe ane ghar ma bhi normal par banaviye em banavi ne samosa maate use kari sakye chhe....
