BOHRA GOL PANI-BEAT THE HEAT WITH JAGGERY WATER

- There is a special way of making it not like other juices....

- Good to take in summer....Helps in fighting summer heat....

- Basil seeds in Jaggery water gives relief from acidity....

- Better than aerated drinks ....
- Also enery booster, safe, healthy ane tasty....

- All ingredients are healthy....
INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 ltr water
-100 gm jaggery
-1/2 tspn Basil seeds(Sabza)
- 5-7 mint leaves
- Lemon

HOW TO MAKE:
- Take a steel vessel fill it with water ane put jaggery in it.... let it stay for 1-2 hour.... You can add more jaggery as per your taste.... keep the vessel covered....
- After jaggery is almost mixed with water.... Pour the water in another vessel and the again pour in same vessel....Do this 5-6 times....
- Sieve the water....
- Soak basil seeds in water and let it rise....
- Add this seeds in jaggery water then sprinkle with fresh mint leaves and squeeze a lime....
- Serve chill
