SUJI HALWO

- Suji ne rawo bhi banavsu....

- Waras ma suji ne halwo banaviye chhe....
- Papad sathe bhi khaye toh bav fine lage chhe....


SU JOSE:


- 1 cup rawo

- 1 cup shakkar,
- half cup ghee
- 1 glass garam pani

BANAWANI REET:


- Ghee ne garam karo ane pachhi ehma suji ne nakhi ne seko 1 minute tak slow flaem par....


- Pachhi ehma shakkar nakhi do ane tarat garam pani nakhi do....


- Garam pani sath chalori ne draks bhi nakhi sako chho chaho toh optional chhe....


- Slow flame par muki do.... dheere dheere hilawta raho... ghee chhute toh smjo paki gayu chhe...


PIRASWA NE:


- Dry fruits na small pieces ya powder kari ne garnish kari sako chho....
