Ingredients:-

leftover rice
Boiled potato
Carrot
Capsicium
Aamchur powder
Rai
Jeera
Salt
Besan
Water
Rice flour(optional)
Method:-
Pehle chawal ma mashed potato, carrot capsicium,aamchur powder,rai jeera no vaghar karelo,salt saglu milawi  lo pachi aena nahna balls bnawi lo waada jem
Pachi besan,riceflour,salt ma paani milawi ne ghol bnawi lo
Pachi ek kadai ma oil nakho n aema taiyar karela rice balls n besan Na ghol ma dip karine fry karo
N tamari fav chutney ya sauce sathe serve karo

SHAMI KABAB

Written Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Paani (Water) 4 cups
-Qeema (mince) beef ½ kg
-Chanay ki daal (Split Bengal gram) washed 250 gms
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
-Sabut lal mirch (button red chilies) 12-15 or to taste
-Dar chini (Cinnamon stick) 2 big
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 3
-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch sabut (Black pepper corns) 8-10
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5
-Podina (Mint) ½ cup
-Hara dhania (Green coriander) ½ cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2-3
-Oil for frying
Directions:
In cooker, add water, beef mince, split Bengal gram, onion, button red chilies, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper corns, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds and cumin seeds.
Bring it to boil.
Cover and cook for 30-35 mins on low flame.
If using pressure cooker, cover and cook for 10 minute.
Cook until water dries and let it cool.
In chopper, add green chilies, mint and green coriander, grind to make a coarse paste.
Add mince mixture and eggs, now grind the ingredients very well in a food processor.
After grinding the stuff, make kabab/patties of the batter with your hands.
Heat oil in frying pan and fry the kabab/patties.
Shami kababs are ready, serve with ketchup.
Important Tip:
- Use no fat meat mince.
- Lentil has to be washed only (Don’t soak it)
- After meat is tender and lentil is soft and there is still water, dry it on high flame. lentil should not become mushy.

Ingredients:

Directions:
Cooker mein pani, beef qeema, chanay ki daal, pyaz, sabut lal mirch, dar chini, badi elaichi, namak, haldee powder, kali mirch sabut, adrak lehsan paste, dhania aur zeera dal dein.
Ubaal aane ke baad, dhak kar 30 minute keliya pakayen ya jab tak daal aur gosht gal jaye. Agar pani ho tu tez aanch par pani sukha len. Daal ko bilkul nahi galena (khadi khadi ho).
Agar pressure cooker istemal kar rahe hon tu 10 minute pressure pe paka lein.
Pani sukh janay tak paka lein aur mixture ko thanda hunay tak chor dein.
Chopper mein hari mirch, podina aur hara dhania dak ker grind ker k paste bana lein.
Mince mixture aur anday shamil ker k, food processor mein tamam ajza ek saath ache tarhan grind ker lein.
Haathon ki madad sa grinded mixture k kabab/patties bana lein.
Frying pan mein oil garam ker k kabab/patties fry ker lein.
Shami kabab tayyar han, ketchup k saath serve karein.
Zaruri hidayat:
- Ache result keliye bagher charbi wala qeema istemal karen.
- Daal ko dho kar istemal karna hai. Bhigo ke nahi rakhna hai.
- Daal ko bilkul nahi galena hai, isko khada khada rakhna hai. Agar daal galne pe ajaye tu aanch tez karke pani sukha len.

Take a serving dish spread a layer of rice on top put shredded chicken /fillet then spread mayonnaise and lastly green chutney. Repeat layer once more finishing with rice last. Spread grated cheese and tomato sauce on top and bake. Till cheese is melted. Serve hot with tomato soup

cake flvour / self raising flour / Maida 125g
Caster sugar 125g
butter 125g (room temperature)
vanilla stick scraped (1/4 tsp)
egg free range large 2
baking soda 1/4 tsp
Milk 1 n 1/2 tbsp
Directions:
Sieve all the dry ingredients n add butter n eggs and mix in a mixer starting from medium speed to high then add milk n vanilla n mix well..
Preheat the oven. And bake at 180°c for 20-22mins.(temperature could be little different oven to oven, you know your oven better)

CREAMY CHEESE TIKKA PIZZA

Ingredients for dough:
Flour 2 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yeast 1-1.5 tsp
Sugar 1/3 tsp
Dry milk powder 1tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Egg 1
Oil 2 tbsp
Warm water almost half cup

Ingredients for creamy sauce:
Flour 2tbsp
Milk half cup or as required according to consistency( room temperature )
Salt
Oil/ butter 2tbsp
BlAck pepper as needed
White pepper as needed
Cream 2-3 tbsp
Method:
In a pan add oil/ butter. add flour n cook until it changes it color. ADD milk and keep on stirring until no lumps. Add salt,black pepper, white pepper and cream

Ingredients for red sauce:
Oil 2tbsp
Garlic 1tbsp
Tomato paste 4 tbsp
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Oregano 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Salt
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Tikka Masala 1 tsp
Method:
In oil, fry garlic for 2 minutes. Than add all the remaining ingredients. Cook for another 5 minutes

Chicken marination:
Chicken cubes. Add gg paste, 2 tbsp oil, tikka Masala 3tbsp. Rest for half an hour than fry them until chicken becomes dry. Give it a coal smoke

Assembling:
Firstly spread white creamy sauce, than red sauce, onion , shimla Mirch, chicken pieces and mozzarella cheese. Pre heat oven for 5 minutes at 180°. Than bake it for about 20 minutes. Creamy Pizza is ready :)

Chicken Bread Recipe in English:


Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Dough Preparations:
-Maida (Flour) 2 cups
-Khameer (Yeast) instant 1 & ½ tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Doodh (Milk) room temp ¼ cup
-Oil 5-6 tbs
-Pani (Water) warm 5-6 tbs or as required



Directions:
-In bowl, add all-purpose flour,instant yeast,sugar and salt,mix well.
-Make a well,add milk and gradually add oil and mix it with the help of hands.
-Add warm water (as required), mix and knead well until all ingredients are combined.
-Take dough,punch and knead it again and grease the dough with oil.
-Cover and leave the dough for 1 & 1 ½ hour in a warm place.
-Knead dough again,cover and rest again for 30 minutes.
-Bread dough is ready.



Chicken filling preparation:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¼ cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 cup
-Kali mirch powder (black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Chicken Boiled & shredded 1 & ½ cup
-Dhania (Green coriander) 2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 2 tbs
-Zaitoon (Olives) 2 tbs



Directions:
-Boil the chicken with salt and black pepper powder, shredded and set aside.
-In wok,add butter,let it melt then add onion and sauté little.
-Add all-purpose flour and sauté until its color changes.
-Remove from heat,add milk,whisk continuously to avoid any lumps formation.
-Bring back on heat,add black pepper powder, salt and mix it.
-Add boiled and shredded chicken,green coriander,capsicum,olives and mix well.
-In filling, you can use vegetables or mince (any of your choice).



Assembling:
-Chicken filling
- Anda (Egg) 1+ Doodh (Milk) 1 tsp
- Kalonji (nigella seeds) as required
- Safed til (sesame seeds) as required



Directions:
-Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape with the help of rolling pin.
-Place the filling in the center of the dough.
-Make slits/cuts with the help of knife on both of the longer sides.
-Start bringing the top most slit ends across from each other alternately.
-Keep going, remember to alternate,left to right and right to left.
-Put dough in a baking tray, apply egg-wash,sprinkle nigella and sesame seeds then bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 20-25 minutes.
-Serve hot.
(Egg-wash means to beat an egg with a tbs. of milk then brush it all over your bread)

-Dhak ker dough ko 1 & ½ hour kliya garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Dough ko dubara ghond lein,dhak ker dubara 30 minute kliya rakh dein.
-Bread dough tayar hai.

-Chicken boiled & shredded,hara dhania,shimla mirch aur zaitoon dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Filling mein apni marzi ki sabzian ya qeema bhi shamil ker saktay han.

Chaval ma barik kapelu pyaz, green chilly, fresh coriander, chat masalo, lemon juice, red chili powder, haldi, dhana jiru pawdar, salt, rice flour and besan ( Chana no aato ) badu mix kro & pakora taliye che em tali lo....

- Ghanuj easy chhe banavu....

I tin evaporated milk
1/2 tin condensed milk
1 egg
1 tbsp custard powder
Extra sugar if wanted
Any type of essence or flavor
Badam /pista crushed
Method :
Mix everything except Badam /pista and essence in a big saucepan with hand whisk.
Then put on slow heat and cook stirring all the time
Will become thick.
Turn off heat and add essence mix well add Badam /pista
Fill in kulfi tins and freeze

Method :-
First divide palak in two portion frm one portion blanch n make purey n from other one chopped finely n keep it aside
Merinet chicken with gg paste n salt n make minch of it now add red chilli powder n garam masala to it
In one pan take lil oil n add zeeru when it crackel add chopped onions cook for while than add chopped green chillis n garlic n salt to it  than add palak purey n saute than add turmic powder than add chopped palak n garam masala .
With this take another pan take oil n  make koftas of chicken in it now add cream to koftas n add palak gravy to koftas n put lid on pan n let it cook for 5 mins on slow flame ....served with roti..

Kesar Pista Kulfi By SMB Recipe

Ingredients

  • Few saffron (Kesar) Strands
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachio (pista) 
  • 4 cups full fat milk
  • 5 tbsp sugar 
  • 1 tbsp cornflour (makkai nu aato)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon powder (elaich)

How To Make In Gujarati




  • pehla a deep pan/ tapeli  lo ane yehma milk ane sugar add karo..
  • milk ne 5-7 mins tak barabar boil thawa do taake sugar poori barabar melt thai jai 
  • hawe ek small bowl lo yehma kesar ane 1 tbsp spoon milk add karo barabar mix karine side par mukido ... taake colour chade..
  • hawe ek bijo bowl lo yehma 1 tbsp cornflour and 2 tbsp water lo ane mixture banawilo.. cornflour barabar mali jawo joiye...
  • hawe aa cornflour-water nu mixture ne doodh ma nakhido
  • ane doodh ne continously stir karta howa 25 mins tak medium flame par pakavo 
  • doodh almost half thai jaase ane slite thick paste bani jaase
  • pachi yehne gas par thi utarilo ane yehne room temperature par aawi jawa do 
  • pachi yehma kesar-milk nu mixture add karo ane pista add karo...ane elaichi nu bhuko add karo  ane barabar mix karilo 
  • pachi yeh mixture ne kulfi mould ma bharilo... ane agar kulfi moulds na hoi toh bowl ma jambawilo
  • bowl ne cover karjo ane pachi deep freeze kari dejo 8-10 hours or poori raat
  • kulfi moulds ma nakha hoi toh ice-cream stitck use karjo nikalwane 
  • ane agar bowl ma rakho hoi toh spoon si server karjo 


How To Make In English 

  • first take a deep vessel or pan and add milk and sugar in it 
  • boil for 5-7 mins on medium flame so that all sugar melts 
  • now take a small bowl add saffron strings to it and 1 tbsp warn milk to it and mix well and keep it aside so that whole mixture get saffron color 
  • now take a another small bowl add 1 tbsp cornflour and 2 tbsp water in and mix well and keep stirring till it becomes liquid without lumps 
  • now add this cornflour-water mixture in milk and cook for 25 mins on  medium flame
  • please keep stirring the mixture all the time so it does not get stick to the vessel walls. 
  • milk will be reduced to half of its original quantity 
  • now switch off the gas and allow the milk to come to room temperature and then add saffron-milk mixture, cardamon powder and chopped pistachio to it... and mix well
  • now fill the mixture in kulfi molds and close the lid and deep freeze it for 8-10 hours or overnight 
  • if u dont have kulfi moulds freeze then mixture in any bowl and cover the bowl...
  • now use ice-cream stick to to remove from kulfi moulds and serve
  • or serve like normal ice-cream if u have freeze in bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gram flour (besan )
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (dahi)
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (dhaniya)
  • 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder (lal mircha)
  • salt to taste
  • 50-100 ml water
  • 250 gm paneer cut in cubes shape

How To Make In Gujarati


Step-1


Pehla ek bowl lo yehma niche aapela sagla ingredients mix karilo and barabar thick paste banawi lo 
  • 1 cup gram flour (besan )
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (dahi)
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (dhaniya)
  • 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder (lal mircha)
  • salt to taste
  • 50-100 ml water

Step-2
Pachi Paneer na tukdo yeh paste ma nakho ane barabar masalo chadavi do 

Step-3 
Ek frying pan lo ane yehma tel garam karo, ane aa masala chadela paneer na tukda ne pakavilo.. golder brown colour thawa tak pakavilo 

Step-4 
Pachi yeh paneer na tukda ne ek plate ma nikali lo .... ane yehna p[ar chat masala chidko...

Step-5 
green chutney, tomato sause and sliced onion saathe serve karjo



How To Make In English

Step1
Take a bowl and add all the below mentioned material in it and make a thick paste

  • 1 cup gram flour (besan )
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (dahi)
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves (dhaniya)
  • 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder (lal mircha)
  • salt to taste
  • 50-100 ml water
Step-2 
Now add paneer pieces in it and marinate it well

Step-3
Take a frying pan and add oil in it... and the put the the paneer pieces in it and cook tilll it turns golden brown in colour 

Step-4 
Remove the pieces from pan and put in plate and then sprinkle chat masala to it 

Step-5
Serve With Green Chutney, tomato ketchup & Sliced onion

🍕 dough(6 )🍕
100 gm curd
1 tb spoon baking powder
500 gm maida
1/2 tb spoon baking soda
1 tb spoon sugar
3 tb spoon oil
Little amount of water

🍕 pizza sauce🍕
2 tb spoon of melted butter
250 gm tomatoes
150 gm carrots
Water to dip tomato n carrot
1 onion
3 dry red chillies
7 buds of garlic
1 cup tomato sauce
Salt to taste

Top layer of pizza🍕
100 gm Mozzarella cheese
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 peice of carrot
1 onion

Method
Dough
Maida ma sagla ingredients mix Kari look warm water se dough bawe (dough should be little soft ) prepare dough ne masklin coth ma cover Kari 5 hour na liye rest Moki dai

*Pizza sauce*
Tomatoes n carrot ne boil Kari lai tomato ne peels nikali lai pachi yehni grind Kari fine paste banwi lai
Ek pan ma Butter lai ne yema garlic dale garlic fry Thai Tu pachi yeh ma onion dale ( onion should very fine chopped ) thn yehma red chillies crushed Kari dale n he paste ready kido Che ye bhi Dali dai ye pachi tivar tak mix Kare jiwar take ek dam dry na Thai jai dry Thwa pachi last ma tomato sauce n salt to taste milawe
Ur pizza sauce is ready

*Top layer of pizza*
Carrot , bell peper , onion  ne slice ma chopped Kare
*After 5 hour*
Dough ne fine Malawi ne barabar Kari lai
Dough ne equal 6 part ma divide Kar dai
Hath se dough ne pizza naan size ne vani lai
Te pachi non stick  na paan ma little amount of oil nakhi ne pachi ye ma ye pizza naan sheekhae
One side se fine golden Thai jai te bade turn Kari dai ne next side golden thawa tak sheekhe
Je uppar be golden side Che ye par pizza sauce lagawe pachi sagla sliced veggies moke n ye par cheese grated Kare ye bade pan ne led se cover Kari dai 2-3 min na liye

- This is the simple substitute of potato....

- Healthy n yummy...

Cooked Moong.
Onions:-  1baarik kapelu
Kothmir:- 1cup.
Hari mirch:- as per taste
Salt to taste.
Dhaniya powder
Lal mirch.

Bachela moong ma paani hoi toh ehne pan maj full flame par muki ne continues mix kari ne paani dry kari le..

Moong na bowl ma uper aapeli vastu barabr apna taste na hisab si mix karile..

Mixture should be very dry..
Agar apna mixture na slite pan paani hase toh sandwich soggy thai jase..

For besan batter
Besan 
Lal mirch
Tumeric a pinch.
Jeera a pinch
Proper way ma paani nakhi ne running consistently ma batter banavilo.

Assemble vaste bread slices

Hve bread par moong no mixture muki ne uper si black pepper nakhi ne (cheese lover cañ spread mozeralla cheese on it) second bread na slice si cover kari lo n beve haath si barabr press kari lo..

Sandwich ne 6pcs ma cut kari ne besan na batter ma dip kari ne deep fry kari lo..

2nd option:- sandwich banavi ne grill ya toast pan kari sakho cho..

Ingredients 

  • 2 cup cashew (kaju)
  • 1/4 cup milk powder
  • 1 cup sugar 
  • ghee for greasing 
  • 1 cup water 
How To Make In Gujarati 
  • Pehla Kaju ne barabar grind karilo ane yehno barik bhuko banawilo 
  • pachie ek bowl lo yehma kaju nu bhuko ane milk powder add karo ane barabar mix karilo 
  • pachi ek non-stick pan lo yehma paani ane sugar add karo ane ane high flame par 7-8 mins cook karo.... poori sugar melt thai jawi joiye.... 
  • pachi medium flame karo ane yehma kaju ane sugar nu paste nakho 
  • continous stir karta rehjo 
  • pachi 3-4 mins tak cook karjo , ane barabar stir karta rehjo..... taake thick paste bani jai jema lumps na koi....
  • hawe aa mixture ne  ek plate ma nikali lejo ane 30 mins tak yehne side par mukidejo taake room temperature par aaawi jai 
  • hawe aa mixture ne woh thali ma si nikali lo ane  haaath ma ghee lagavi ne jem aata gunde che yeh misal yehne gundilo..
  • 2-3 mohta lowa banawo 
  • pachi ek flat plate lo .... ya plate ne ulti karilo... ane yehna par pehla ghee lagavi ne grease karido 
  • pachi ek lowo lo ane jem roti banawa che yeh tarah ek mohti... lekin thick roti banawo 
  • same aj baaki na lowa saathe karjo ...
  • pachi aa roti ne approx 2-3 hours tak side par muki dejo sukhawa maate 
  • pachi aane aapne je shapes ma cut karwo hoi.. yeh shapes ma pcs banawilo 

How To Make In English 
  • first grind the cashews well..... and make a powder
  • now take a bowl and add cashew powder and milk powder in it and mix well 
  • now take a non stick pan  and add water and sugar in it and cook on high flame for 7-8 mins ... till all sugar melts in water
  • now on medium flame add the cashew-sugar powder in it 
  • cook for atleast 3-4 mins  and keep steering continoulsy so that the paste does get stick to the pan 
  • now take the paste and pour in plate and keep it aside for 30 mins so it come to room temperature
  • now remove the paste from plate and make dough as we do to make chapatis 
  • make 2-3 round ball from the dough 
  • now take a flat plate and grease it with oil 
  • and then make round thick chapatis shape of the dough
  • keep it aside for 2-3 hours 
  • now cut it into nay shape you want
  • kaju katli ready 







Doodhi (Lauki, bottle gourd) ka halwa

  • grated Bottle Gourd (lauki, doodhi)  600 gms 
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 7 tbsp sugar 
  • 1/4 cup mawa 
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon powder (elaichi)
  • chopped cashew 4-6 pcs (kaju)
  • chopped almond 4-6 pcs (badam)

How To Make In Gujarati 
  • pehla ek pressure cooker lo ane yehma ghee nakhi ne garam karo 
  • pachi yeh garam ghee ma doodhi nakho 
  • pachi yehne barabar mix karilo ane 5 mins tak pakavo 
  • pachi yehma sugar add karo ane barabar mix karilo 
  • pachi yehcooker ne band karilo ane 3 whistle(siti) tak cook karo
  • pachi yehnu lid kholo ane yehma mawa add karo ane barabar mix karilo lo 
  • pachi yehma elaichi powder nakho ane barabar mix karilo 
  • pooro paani sukhai jai tyar tak cook karo 
  • pachi yehma kaju badam nakho ane barabar mix karilo 
  • halwo ready  

How To Make In English 
  • take a pressure cooker and add ghee in it 
  • heat the ghee and then add bottle gourd to it, and mix well and cook for 5 mins 
  • then add sugar in it and mix well
  • close the cooker and cook for 3 whistles 
  • now open the lid and add mawa to it and mix well
  • then add cardamon powder to it and again mix well 
  • cook till all the water evaporate and dry mixture remain 
  • now add cashew & almond to it and again mix well
  • halwa is ready

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup  grated cashew, almond pistachio (kaju badam pista)
How To Make In Gujarati 

  • maximum 15 mins ma gajar nu halwo tayyar thai jaase
  • ek pan lo ane yehma ghee nakho 
  • ghee ne garam karo 
  • pachi yeh ghee ma gajar nakho 
  • ane barabar mix karilo
  • pachi slow flame par 2-3 mins dakkan band karine pakavo 
  • pachi dakan kholo ane milk nakho barabar mix karo  ane again dakkan bandi karine 4-5 mins slow flame par pakavo 
  • pachi dakkan kholo ane yehma sugar add karo barabar mix karo 
  • pachi elaichi powder add karo ane again barabar mix karo 
  • pachi yehma mawa add karo ane barabar mix karo 
  • pachi yehma dry fruite add karo ane again barabar mix karo 
  • halwo tayyar 

How To Make In English 
  • Maximum cooking time 15 mins 
  • take a pan and add ghee in it, heat it for 2-3 mins 
  • then add carrot to it mix well with ghee
  • close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins on slow flame 
  • then open the lid and add milk to it and again mix well
  • close the lid and cook for 4-5 mins on slow flame 
  • open the lid  and add sugar to it mix well
  • then add cardamon powder to it again mix well 
  • then add mawa to it and again mix well 
  • in the end add dry fruits to it and again mix well 
  •  Halwa is ready
