Dark Chocolate Fantasy Cake 

All ingredients should be at room temperature like eggs and butter...
100 Gms flour (maida)
100 Gms wheat flour 
200 Gms icing sugar
100 Gms dark chocolate powder
4 eggs
2 spoon baking powder
100 Gms oil or butter
1 spoon coffee powder 
Half cup milk 
8 to 10 drops vanilla essence 
Chocolate syrup for garnish 
Chocolate chips for topping

Method 
First mix 4 eggs and icing powder in a big bowl... mix well for 2-3 minutes
Then take atta, maida, baking powder, coco powder, coffee powder and seive it well....
Add the the dry ingredients slowly into the liquid mixture of eggs and icing sugar ... mix well so that lumps are not formed...
Add vanilla essence and mix..
The consistency should not be too thick or too thin.. if it’s too thick add milk....
add oil and mix well.
Now grease microwave bowl or container well with oil or butter ...
On high temperature microwave it for 5 minutes...
Knife test if it’s ready or not after 5 minutes
Cool and remove in plate... 
Layer with dark Hershey’s chocolate sauce and garnish with chocolate chips ....
